We were stunned to learn of all the absurd accusations brought against us which we strongly reject.

At the moment, we do not have information that we would be the subject of investigations carried out by the National Anticorruption Directorate or the National Agency for Fiscal Administration, apart from those mentioned in the media. But as so far in all 15 years of activity we express our willingness to collaborate openly and transparently with the authorities for any details.

 We are a company that acts exclusively according to laws in Romania and industry specific regulations, and we have nothing to hide.

Unfortunately, we are facing African swine flu outbreaks in two of our farms, since the beginning of the year. The damage incurred surpasses the value of the state reimbursements, as any industry specialist or farmer who has faced the same unfortunate situation can confirm. We have absolutely nothing to gain from these ASF outbreaks, but only very much to lose.
