3. We collect information about you when the company you represent buys products from us: name, first name, phone number, email address, delivery address, company you represent and the position you occupy.

We use this information about you for all activities related to the processing, transmission, delivery of orders. Delivery data is generally shared with the logistics companies that deliver the products. Also, the data are used to fulfill the fiscal obligations (issuing the invoice, reversal, return, etc.). The legal basis for data processing in the context of the order is the contract between the parties, which you can read in the Terms and Conditions section. In order to issue invoices, the basis of processing is the legal obligation. In the context of this processing the personal data are kept 10 years according to the fiscal obligations in force.

4. We collect information about you when submitting your CV for one of the jobs available in our company: name, first name, address, age, email address, telephone number and professional experience.

We use this information about you for all activities related to recourse within the Premium Porc Group. For interviews, tests and any other activities related to the employment process. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the company. For the retrenchment campaigns, personal data is stored for 12 months for rejected candidates. For Premium Porc Group employees, personal data is stored during the mandatory legal period.


5.  We collect information about you when you are in a contractual relationship with Premium Porc Group as a contractual partner

We use this information about you for all activities related to the performance of the contract. The personal data are used only for the purpose of performing the contract. Any further processing will have to be justified. Data processing is done during the period of the contract. After the conclusion of the contract, according to the tax legislation applicable to payments the personal data from payment and contract instruments will be processed for a period of 10 years.


6.  We collect information about you when you hold the shareholder / administrator status at one of the partner companies

Premium Porc Group collects financial data about legal persons and personal data about the shareholders, administrators, legal representatives and censors of these legal persons from public sources such as, but not limited to: Trade Register, Official Monitor, ANAF, Ministry of Finance , Insolvency Procedures Bulletin, Electronic Archive for Real Securities, Ministry of Justice.

7. We collect information about you when you participate in one of the events organized by our group of companies.

Premium Porc Group is dedicated to organizing events of social responsibility through which it presents to participants both the culture and values ​​of the organization as well as information on national customs and customs with which the group of companies resonates. Within these events Premium Porc Group can process the personal data of the participants through photographs and filming.

Generally, in the social responsibility events organized by Premium Porc Group, minors accompanied by their legal representations also participate. As Premium Porc Group displays information about the photos and filming in locations, we consider that the participation with the minors in events represents a proof that the legal representative understood that there is the possibility of the minor being filmed or photographed.

 The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the company in promoting the values ​​and organizational culture.

 As the processing of the data from the photographs and filming has a minimal impact on the data subject and since we do not use the images in order to identify the data subject from these materials, we consider that the legitimate interest of the company in promoting the organizational culture is justified. 8. We collect information about you when you have given your consent for marketing, promotion or other events for the purpose of promoting Premium Porc Group products or services.

Premium Porc Group collects with your consent the contact details (name, surname, e-mail address) for product and service promotion campaigns, advertising events and commercial newsletters.

How long will we keep personal data?

  • For 24-month type recruitment campaigns for rejected candidates during the process
  • The data in the browser and cookies will be stored 24 months after the session.

As a data subject you have specific legal rights regarding the personal data we collect from you. Premium Porc Group will respect your individual rights and will take care of your interests accordingly.

  • Right of withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data, at any time. 
  • • Right to rectification: You can obtain from us the rectification of personal data concerning you. We make reasonable efforts to keep personal data that are continuously used and in our possession or control – accurate, complete, current and relevant, based on the latest information available to us.

• The right to restriction: You can obtain from us the restriction on the processing of personal data, if:

challenge the correctness of the personal data for the period in which we must verify the accuracy,

– The processing is illegal and you request the restriction of the processing rather than the deletion of personal data,

– We no longer need your personal data, but you ask them for finding, exercising or defending a right, or

– You object to the processing during the period in which we check if our legitimate reasons have priority over yours.

  • – Your personal data are no longer necessary to us in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • – You have the right to oppose the further processing of personal data (see below) and to execute this right of objection to the processing;
  • – Personal data have been processed illegally;
